REPORT DOWNLOAD: The Future of Women in Architecture
Women in Architecture UK (WIA UK) are pleased to publish The Future of Women in Architecture Report findings.
With so much changing around us so quickly, the opportunities to support and enable women to thrive in the workplace have never been greater. Working patterns have changed in previously unimaginable ways and the professed desire for diversity and inclusion has never been louder.
WIA has created a space for women to share, find mutual support and speak out. We were particularly active during the periods of lockdown. The survey we undertook earlier this year had 265 responses which capture what this unusually diverse group of people experienced. We asked where we currently stand, what works and what is missing, and what is most important to take into the future?
The report is free to download, but we ask that you support us with a donation. This will help us cover our running costs, plus our mentoring programme and events over the next year.
Our goal is to help create a post- pandemic work environment that supports women in achieving their full potential, both in the workplace and in society.
