Former WIA Chair Sumita Singha is awarded OBE

Sumita has been a friend, role model and collaborator for many years and has done so much to make architecture more diverseand accessible. She has chaired Women in Architecture, co-founded Architects for Change and has been writing, lecturing and campaigning to bring change to architecture for many years, including running for RIBA presidency last year. She also works for charities and the NHS.

Sumita has been unstoppable in her commitment and we hope to see even more of her in the years to come. We thank her for all her support for all Women in Architecture and wish her all the best!
