WiA are delighted to take part in a project that highlights the diversity and strength of women who work within the construction industry.

“The Image of Women in Construction” is a project by photographer Morley von Sternberg, in collaboration with our sister group NAWIC, which aims to engage the next generation by showcasing the diversity of women working in the industry and the roles they work in.

The WiA team are immensely grateful for our striking new photos. We think Morley has captured us as individuals and our strength as a collective.
