We are pleased to host a Navigating Career Paths Workshop as part of the WIA UK Mentoring Programme.

Architectural careers rarely follow a straight line—and that’s exactly what makes them worth exploring. In this session, we’ll hear from a group of inspiring women who have each carved out their own path in the built environment—whether by shifting focus, stepping into leadership, moving client-side, or launching something entirely new.

For those who feel uncertain about what’s next—or unsure what’s even possible—this is a chance to listen in on real stories, ask questions, and reflect on how others have made decisions, taken risks, and adapted along the way. This conversation is open, honest, and designed to leave you with inspiration and optimism—whether your career path is squiggly, traditional, or somewhere in between.
