BC:AC Before Corona : After Corona. Life will never be quite the same.

The current period is unprecedented in most of our living memories.

It's effect on society will be profound and perhaps long lasting. Women In Architecture and Appropri8 are collaborating to collect and share stories of this time and create a digital repository for our memories.

On Friday July 3rd Women In Architecture and Appropri8 are collaborating to collect and share stories of this time and to create a digital repository for our memories. We are coming together online for an evening to share performamces and stories about the global pandemic, lockdown and the themes it raises.

About Appropri8

Appropri8’s manifesto is to create theatre without walls…in places that do not traditionally host theatre.

During lockdown the company has been exploring ways of making and sharing performance in the virtual realm.

For LFA 2020 Appropri8 are exploring the themes raised by life in lockdown: vulnerability, isolation, family, community and hope.

Appropri8’s Artistic Director is WIA Vice Chair, Sarah Akigbogun
